Terms & Conditions – Fun Casino Poker Night Competition

1. Introduction
   By entering the Fun Casino Poker Night Competition participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Competition is organized by Gaming Events and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
2. Eligibility

• The Competition is open to participants aged 18 years or older.
• Participants must follow @fun.casino.events on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and tag three (3) friends in the comments to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The Competition will run for 10 days, starting from 3rd February and ending on 13th February at 11:59 PM (SAST).
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prize Details

• The winner will receive a fully hosted Poker Night experience, including:
  • 1 x Fun Casino Poker Table
  • Professional Dealer
  • All necessary gaming equipment
  • 3 hours of entertainment
  • Elegant entrance decor featuring:
    • Red Carpet
    • 4 Stanchion Poles
    • Oversized Dice
  • The event must be hosted at a venue of the winner’s choice within a 60km radius of Cape Town CBD or Rosebank Gauteng.
  • The prize is valid for 3 months from the announcement of the winner.
  • The prize does not include additional expenses eg: food, drinks, or additional venue costs.
  • If the winner wants additional Fun Casino tables or gaming time added to the prize, we can quote them separately as per our normal rates.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will be selected at random.
• The winner will be announced on 14th February via an Instagram post and story.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

6. Additional Terms

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
• Fun Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to have their name and/or Instagram handle featured in promotional materials related to the giveaway.
• The winner is responsible for securing an appropriate venue within the allowed radius.
